Poor service - when you can't actually talk to a person

Technology gone wrong - when you can't actually talk to someone!! I am sitting in the UK and have some strange activity going on, on my email account. The self help service doesn't work because I am not receiving their OTP's for some reason. You can't contact them because the menu select option when you dial is just a loop. Of course there is no default timeout which takes you to an actual person so its a perpetual loop of going nowhere. In addition to that there is no email address to contact to try and get some help. Its pretty ridiculous actually that the use of technology is giving us worse service than before when we could actually talk to a person. Probably the only way to resolve will be to cancel my service if that's even possible without an OTP
