Poor Service, Website useless, phone-lines not working

I placed on order for Fiber installation with mweb and have not had any feedback on when i can expect someone to come and do the installation. i cannot log a query on the website and have not been able to get through to anyone via their phone lines to cancel my order. I refuse to wait another day for a service i would have gladly paid for.
