Poor service: waited over an hour, agent’s children audible, cancellation ignored.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with MWEB’s customer service. I waited on hold for over an hour trying to cancel my service, only to finally reach an agent who handled the call unprofessionally. Instead of receiving proper assistance, I was forced to listen to her children in the background while she was meant to help with my cancellation query. This showed a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and concerns. Important information was not communicated from the beginning, which caused delays and frustration. Overall, the service delivery was poor, unprofessional, and unreliable, leaving me with no confidence or trust in MWEB going forward.
