Poor service - takes more than 7 days to change a pay date

Hello I have an issue with mweb. Changing a payment date from the 25th to the 1st of the month has been taking 7 days. I have been on a call with Ranisha. After she told me that there is no manager on the floor and that they cannot assist me. I have to wait another 2 days after having waited 7 days just to change a pay date. I have given them all the documents that they need yet nothing.

7 DAYS WITH NO INTERNET YET I HAVE THE FUNDS TO PAY AND HAVE GIVEN THEM EVERYTHING
