Poor service. Stay far away from MWeb

I would not recommend Mweb to anyone. When I moved from LTE to Fibre, they incorrectly debited my acount twice. I have since sorted out the bill, but my internet is still not working. I have logged queries on their app, they have not responded. I have spent hours on hold, only for them to drop the call, or pretend to not hear me when they eventually answer. My light is red on my router, I have not received any assistance whatsoever. I require the internet to do my job, and I have been without internet for weeks. If this is how they treat their PAYING customers then I would advise people to stay far away from them.
