Poor service, sales and operations

It's sad to say that I cancelled my service for mweb only to get worse service. I have placed through an order on their website and only need a transfer of ont box to be used by mweb isp. Mweb has a signed deal for a 50mb line which is R1000 and this the service that I can expect from them. It's pathetic, I have to wait hours before a response. I was told my account would be escalated in the morning and still I have no response or movement on the account. Terrible service really regretting this decision. Makes me wonder what type of sales manager is running this ship that signed orders from customers are not priority.
