POOR SERVICE REFUND NOT EXECUTED

Mweb, My disaapointment with Mweb after many years as member is now frustrating me. I order fiber for my house in Potchefstroom, it was never delivered. Payment made to my account in lieu of the order was never returned after their strict and useless instructions to followed was carried out correctly several times. No REFUND YET. DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS
