Poor Service provider with no communication what's soo ever

Most terrible service I have received from MWEB ever since my older service provider 'fibreatream' who migrated to MWEB was the worst decision ever, there are firstly no communication what's so ever, the call centre makes you wait for soo long and there OTP really doesn't work at all. My bill from fibreatream was R499 now I'm getting charged at R569 with no updates or communications and further this months invoice is R599, I don't know what how you guys operate but it's pathetic please give us the consumers better service we deserve this is unacceptable MWEB!
