Poor service provider

Mweb is the most unreliable service provider i have dealt with to date. We joined Vumatel Fibre at the end of May and was promised installation on the 2nd of June 2025 however the person who came to our home came without a router or anything I had to take time off work to make myself available for the installation just for a person to come with nothing. We have been calling the call centre and using the instant chat service with no luck. Yet they were quick to debit our account for installation fees. Mweb is absolutely pathetic I do not wish to deal with them anymore
