Poor service. No care attitude

What has happened to Mweb from excellent service to NO service. Poor service from consultants bad reflection on Mweb. Since we always had a Cell C sim now you changed us to Telkom still waiting for activation. No nearby offices in Gauteng.......hopeless. Like a previous reviewer when you want to cancel. Penalty fets thrown at you what about consumer protection. Mweb has breached the contract with bo service. Rules must apply. Very dissatisfied client.
