Poor Service MWEB

Mweb just decided to change my debit order date, been trying to reach them to rectify it but to no success. I make daily calls to them but I speak to no lo, no one answers calls. They have a live chat option which you won't get any reply from also when you need help. I will be canceling all my services with them as they are the worse on terms of servicing their customers. You not suggest any of their products to anyone. For peace of mind please stay away from MWEB.
