Poor service Mweb

Very very bad service guys... I switched from webafrica to mweb and it was the worst mistake I've made. I was promised installation, so i told them i dont need that because i have the router and installation done a year ago. So they asked me for me Serial number and i gave them. It's been over a week and I'm still awaiting for them to activate me. Order No. X*** I will never advise anyone to go with this poor service provider.
