POOR SERVICE MWEB

If I could rate MWEB less than one star, I would. I have had the most appalling service from them.

first, my router arrived with no LTE sim. I had to justify why there was no sim. I sat unconnected after moving to a new place, despite a great deal of my work being from home. there is little to no response. it is very difficult to get feedback.

eventually the sim was sent, but now it sits unconnected and again, no feedback despite the many queries I have logged. there is no immediate response yet the service has been debited TWICE ALREADY. More than a month later, I have no internet service from MWEB. I would like to cancel ASAP.
