Poor service M Web . Shame on you !!!

Good day I' m trying to inform mweb that we are moving . For 3 days without any success at all . They have a website where you can inform them but in order to continue they have to send you a OTP which they dont send . Made 4 calls . Total time on phone is 1 hour and 10 minutes AND WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS. I still haven't spoken to any one. Line get cut and haven't received any OTP at all. Your service is very poor to say the least . My airtime is finished and I haven't notified you of my new address at all
