poor service ,I'm so over Mweb

I am very frustrated with Mweb and Vumatel ,no connection for almost a month .been calling Mweb almost every day all I get is"we will escalate your ticket"!They are so inconsiderate paying for the service that I am not using ....poor service at it's best.
