Poor Service if no service at all

I signed up to Mweb, and they checked my address if fibre is available and they said it is, so I signed up and paid when it comes to installation time I am told fibre is not available and they would cancel my account and refund me, so I sent the proof of account as requested and waited for 5 working days, then waited 10 more days and nothing. Called in after 30 minutes Spoke to Amahle who would not pass me to her Manage Carmen, she said her Manager Carmen would call me back and guess what I am still Waiting. Ref number for my call is MWB***2...
