Poor service from mweb with lead time of over a month - still no success.

The whole mweb system is a mess and customer service is non existing. I have been waiting over a month for an active fibre connection, no installation or modem needed, cause I am just taking over an existing line. The last message on my account as I login is that I have to wait 14 days for instalation, then 10 days for a modem and then 2 days for connection. This means 2 months after I have actually been approved and the order was placed. They promise a lead time of 14 days, but looks like they mean 14 months. And the worst is that you can not get anybody to speak to that can give you an answer. I will never ever recommend Mweb or vumatel to anybody except if I really don't like them!!
