Poor Service from MWEB (Vumatel Fibre)

I am extremely frustrated with the service I've been receiving from MWEB, who are providing fibre through Vumatel. Two weeks ago, my router was installed, but it has still not been activated. I have called multiple times, and each time, I am told that the issue is being escalated and should be resolved within 72 hours. It’s been over a week now, and nothing has been done.

This has become a huge inconvenience, and I'm deeply disappointed with how this matter is being handled. Every time I reach out, I hear the same response, but there’s no progress or resolution.

I expect much better service from a company like MWEB.
