Poor service from Mweb. Uncontactable.

Mnet cannot be contacted. I am waiting for activation of fibre after 5 working days since installation by Evotel. After you've picked the correct option on there call centre line, it just rings and rings and after about 20 minutes shuts me off. It has happened more than once over the past few days. There is no way to contact them. My ADSL internet was cancelled, so now I have to buy mobile data., R1000 since 16 July.. This is really unacceptable and not the Mweb I am accustomed to.
