Poor service from Mweb Technical webbuilding departent
<p>I have a problem accessing my webpage to make changes to it. I wrote to the technical department and gave details of the the https cpanel detail, Login and password. I got a reply from them giving me back my own information and saying they hope this will help! I rep**** and got another reference number, from which I guess I will get a reply in another 2/3 days. I only have a touch screen cellphone and cannot use the options given by the recording. It seems a huge problem for them to phone you! ALL I WANT TO DO IS ACCESS THE WEBPAGE TO MAKE CHANGES TO IT! Can it now really be that difficult to help me ??</p>

The technician did phone at 6, by which time I successfully logged in. He said they just refreshed the site on your side. No sooner did I start working on it again, when the same thing happened: the screen went blank instead of taking me to where I wanted to be. I was forced to go out and unsuccessfully tried to get back in - same result. This time I got another message about some robot blocking me. I am at home until 1.30. Please ask them to call me. I sent the following email after that, and now have yet another reference number;
Hi. I managed to get into the website when your technician called, so I told him not to
bother I'm managing. I made a few changes and then couldn't carry on because I sat with a blank frozen page. I went out and tried to log in again, only to find once more that the page was inaccessible. Now I found this message - see below.
