Poor service from Mweb

It is impossible to request a SIM card to be resent with their courier. Their voice prompts route me to the courier. Their courier refers me back to Mweb. It is impossible to get this request right. The staff only offer to put you back to the main menu. Then you can hold on again for a very long time. The staff will not give out contact / email details so a complaint can be lodged. Must an incredible company which does not want to take complaints. Staff refuse to divulge their names. Very poor customer service.
