Poor service from MWEB

I recently signed up as a new client, and the service received thus far is pathetic. My router and sim were opened before I received it, and to date, I have not received a replacement. They are billing me for a service that I don't have, and after numerous phone calls and emails, this matter is still not resolved. No feedback or a place to escalate to management.
