Poor service from MWEB

Hi

Having the most awful with customer service and service in general with MWEB. My router has not been delivered as yet, and there is no one on the customer service side to answer as to why. I'm just passed from person to person, waiting for hours for them to even pickup. And if they answer they have no real answer, and god forbid your call cuts, they dont even have the professionalism to call you back. Makes half your day you spent waiting for them to take your call wasted. Its a joke actually. I'm just starting out my time with mweb and its off to a terrible start. The frustration for a simple query that can be answered in minutes apparently is too much for them to handle. Unbelievable!
