poor service from mweb

I am disappointed in the service that mweb provides i have a fiber line through them and a 3rd party ISP my line was suspended and i have been trying to get it reconnected i spoke to 5 different consultants trying to re activate my line they were all telling me that it will take 72 hours for the payment link to be available i wated for the link i am still wating after a week and m still eating even now i already have a fiber line with them what's so hard for them to reconnect me again i was warned by other people to not use mweb beacuse thire service is bad but i gave them a chanece and sadly they prove those people right you hold for over 20min on the line and even when you get hold of them they still cant assist you its sad and its unprofessional m never using there service again its poor
