Poor service from Mweb and Open serve

I am so disappointed with the service I am currently receiving. I have been with MWEB for the past 15 years. I have moved residence and require my fibre to be moved. Notice was given prior to my move and I still am not active. I am currently paying for a service that I cannot make use of and have to buy data which has cost me over 1k just to get my work done. I am seriously considering moving to another service provider. I have called everyday to enquire and recieve the same response - we are escalating. There is no communication from them. I am at wits end and so frustrated!!!! Paying for a service I cannot use !!!!!!
