Poor service from Mweb
I am an existing Mweb client and logged a relocation request over a month ago. To date, no one from Mweb has contacted me to advise when your service provider will visit my new address to assess the installation and activate my internet service.
This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I have called and emailed numerous times, yet I have received no meaningful updates or resolution. Despite my repeated follow-ups, there has been no constructive communication regarding the status of my request. I was jus told my current line would be deactivated 27 August. I am interested in when my current line would be activated and if a service provider will be sent out to assess the current infrastructure.
As a paying customer, I expect better service and timely feedback. I would appreciate an urgent response and a clear timeline for when my relocation and activation will be completed.

Our team has submitted an escalation regarding the early line release request, and the request has now been sent to the ISP currently holding the line. Please allow the ISP a maximum of 72 working hours to resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience while this is being addressed.Kind regards,
