Poor service from Mweb

I received an email from fibre stream informing me that they're migrating to mweb and that I won't be affected in any way. However joining mweb has been a complete nightmare, They increased my monthly subscription fee without my consent, Then I tried to call their help center on numerous occasions to get clarity but no one is picking up even after an hour. I'm very unhappy at this point.
