Poor service from MWEB
It always takes over 15 minutes to get through to someone at MWEB call centre. I am trying to log a call for Master account BRA Retirement Advisors account number ***2 and I am not getting any help from mweb technicians/engineers. The telephones are not working and the switch (Voice Over IP) router is on coming on. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Mweb to Mweb Business by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>

As per the public announcement in 2014 MWEB Business was sold to Internet Solutions. We also communicated this to our then affected customers via email.
