Poor Service from moving team, no communication

Horrible support from moving team, i've gone over a week with no internet and communication. they still have not liaised with metrofibre and given them my correct address to come through, I've called between mewb and metrofibre myself and metrofire says mweb has not updated my correct address for them to come through, mweb says they are escalating to the moving. poor service, considering cancelling with them
