POOR SERVICE for Cancellation

How difficult is it to cancel the account of a deceased person. No option for cancellations when phoning in. Eventually got an email address - no response for days now. We urgently need to cancel this account in order for Vuma to activate the new account. No wifi - no work!!! Not the first time having issues with MWEB and needless to say cancelled it the first time around.

Totally unacceptable service - or lack thereof!!
