Poor service

Logged a request for relocation on 14 Aug, connection confirmed for 1 Sept. No show! Followed up, only to hear it was only logged yesterday - 2 Sept - and scheduled for 9 Sept. No help at all. No connection. Spent 90mins on hold trying to get assistance, got none!
