Poor service

I cancelled my line on the 08/05/2025, as the prices were getting ridiculous. Got a new service provider but they cant go ahead until Mweb releases the line. Mweb said it takes 30 days to release the line as there is a process to follow. i cant understand how it can take that long to disconnect the line as no one will be coming out,or doing any physical labour. on the 30th, they disconnect my internet....it is now the 05/06/25 and the line is still not disconnect and im without internet. my new service provider cant do anything until mweb releases the line. Called numerous times, they said they have escalated it but nothing at all. Another reason why i left. after service is important.
