Poor Service

• I Desril Wally van Wyk wish to express my serious concern and disappointment with the poor service I have been experiencing from Mweb. • For more than a week I have been battling with an unstable internet connection which has significantly disrupted my daily activities and communication. • What is even more frustrating is the repeated attempts I have made to contact technical support without any success. Despite trying various channels to obtain assistance, I have not received the necessary support from the technical team. • Reliable internet connectivity is an essential service in today's world, and customers should be able to rely on prompt and efficient support when problems arise. • The lack of response and the apparent inability to assist customers in a timely manner reflects very poorly on customer service standards. • This situation has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience, especially when one is paying for a service that is expected to function properly. • I sincerely hope that this matter will receive urgent attention and that the necessary steps will be taken to resolve my connectivity issues as soon as possible. • It is my expectation that Mweb will improve both their technical support response time and overall customer care to prevent other customers from experiencing the same level of frustration.
