Poor service

Worst customer experience I have ever received. I received a notification stating my device was delivered, yet i never received any device. When i queried i was told they made a mistake and that the device was never sent to the delivery agent. I have yet to receive an update. Today the 31/10 i have phoned your customer service department and 5 times while speaking the agent the call was dropped and none of them returned my call.
