Poor service

My sister app**** for a data / fibre line on 1/05/2020. The promise is that the line will be installed in 14 days. To date no installation has been done and it’s been mote than a month and 16 days. When one calls the contact centre one gets a answering robot which promises to call back. The installation address is 37A La Parida crescent, Silverstone estate Centurion.
