Poor service

Yet again mweb is as disappointing as ever, I have wasted so much time and money sitting and holding on trying to speak to people who offer me no help it's over a month now and still my Fibre is not up and running. Such poor customer service. Extremely frustrating and totally regret signing up with mweb.
