Poor service, deducting monies after cancellation, no one to contact, online and on phone since 8am this morning

Worst experience ever, cannot get hold of anyone been trying online for 3hours, called, placed in a queue, no assistance, debiting my account after agreed cancellation fee, this is the worst network to ever work with, still no response from their BOT system .. just still trying to "Connect to an agent", I will never recommend their services to anyone
