POOR SERVICE!!!!!!

You guys have the worst service ever you hold on for hours no one ever picks up. I even decided to select a different department hoping someone could assist in the Accounts department but they put you through and then they say unfortunately my call cannot go through. you guys just give me headache serious even the chat! no agent comes back to !!!! Your service is so poor honestly. I have made payment 3 days ago and my service has not been reconnected you guys are not fair. I am a new Customer to go through all this stress I regret getting wifi with you Guys!!!!!
