POOR SERVICE!!!

I am very frustrated with Mweb. Documents were uploaded to Rica the SIM last week, and when I checked with them this morning, I was told I did not. I sent the documents to the email that was sent to me, and I have not received any feedback or communication. This is honestly exhausting. I can't be going through the same thing this week either. I am fed up !!!
