poor service

hi my account has been suspeneded i did make a payment yesterday. i called and sent through proof but we are still not connected. i called in yesterday and was told it would be reconnected. unfortunately i called in this morning at about 8;10 and was assisted by bilkies who could not offer assistance as she is technical i requested a manager to speak to who refused to speak to me due to him being in charge of tech support i do acknowkledge different departments but as a customer internal problems are not for me i just want to experience service that im acknowledged and care for as a customer without customers tech support wont have a job. my ref MWB***8. i would like my call to be investigated and that manager that did not want to speak with me be dealt with.
