Poor service continues after 6 weeks

I recently (last 3 months) have suddenly been running out of data.... never happened before for past 2 years! So I g to MWeb shop and get told no problem I can upgrade speed and to uncapped ADSL. It is now 6 weeks later and I STILL do not have my upgrade.<br> Every time I call I get told it is being \escalated".... I am tired of running out of data as this impacts my business and is costly to top up all the time.<br> When is this issue going to be fixed? It seems never??"""
