POOR SERVICE CANT REACH THE PROVIDER.

Wifi has not been working since 30 June 2025. Been on the phone since 08:00AM no assistance offered but told of the turn around time of 3-6 days. Im working from home using own data and spend R200 to get hold the service provider. Reference number: MWB***1.

Spoke to two different consultants Tashneek and Bulelani.

I want to be reimbursed and service cancelled.
