Poor service

Since i have been with MWEB its a nightmare. The installation was taking forever. After the installation they started to bill me but installation was completed. I spend lots of money on airtime just to get them to finish my installation. Now i struggling to get my phone connected to the router. My lan ports on the router show its connected to my xbox but no internet. There router they use are some of the cheapest router ever. With afrihost a got a Dlink router and never ever had a problem with afrihost but mweb for the word start its been a nightmare. I can not deal with this any longer. Public need to know what people dealing with. And you cant cancel with them because then you need to pay for everything. So that is why they dont care. Once you signed up. They done with you. Just wish afrihost had vuma in my area..
