Poor Service

My Fibre went down yesterday afternoon, logged a call and was told the technical guy can only come out in 3-6 working days but they will escalate, called now again and still nothing been done to get the technical person out here, MWEB service is pathetic. Quick to take your money but slow to respond to issues.
