POOR SERVICE BY MWEB!!!

I wish that I could award less than one star!! I have asked for simple transfer of a fiber service to a venue with a line already installed. Activation should be simple, seamless and should take about 48 hours to complete. Now after about TWO MONTHS and several calls it still is not activated. To make things worse, I dare anybody to try and phone and speak to someone. I gave up today after waiting more than 21 minutes on the first call and just before 30 minutes on my second call. This really is pathetic!!!
