Poor service by MWeb

Recommended MWeb to a client of mine and even assisted with initial contract set up with Mweb call center for uncapped fibre...sadly client has had a highly negative experience with Mweb and fibre installer Vuma, during this month of August, only the router has been delivered with no one arriving to connect and MWeb have raised two fees by debit order already and call center does not respond to calls made by my client, shame on you Mweb..
