Poor service bad connection

I've been struggling for someone to understand the fault on the line. Ive been having the same issue with the line that goes down and I get no service. I have ran test on the line and I have screen shot the speeds om various occasions and no one could assist me.Then to get attitude from consultants not wanting to give their full names. For me to report the issues. The service at mweb is appalling and poor poor service. Its is very difficult getting proper service from MWEB.
