Poor Service

Could you please assist me with any contacts of a person responsible for queries or customer because the *** and *** are forever busy and one wait for up to 15 minutes if you are lucky to be attended and costs for the cell phone calls are high.

I think is better for to try other service providers because I am totally not happy with Mweb service. I even tried to use the app for queries, but you will only be attended too after three to four days. In the meantime, I had to purchase data to connect as I am working from home most of the time. and the family also need to connect for educational purposes. now i am spending double.
