Poor service as usual

It has came to our attention that our internet is down for the second time round about the same time on the 14 October it was down today again same time ,I mean really this service is not for free and it's annoying dealing with this all the time there's no joy at all . It's now a pattern and it's pathetic please see attached and sort it out.
