Poor service and they waste your airtime!

Been on the phone for over 15min this morning 29/10/24, and then the call just ends . Very very **** service, think I'll be going to another ISP. Mweb is so big but looks like they running one person on the phone and one technician to sort out problems lol. What a joke....
